Postage and Packaging

Within the UK

As of the 17th June 2010 all parcels will be dispatched via the Recorded Signed for service. This typically takes 1 - 3 days to arrive (although most arrive next day). 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving them.

The charges will be:

We will aim to send all orders the next business day via Royal Mail AIRMAIL.

Returns

Should your item arrive damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Also photos of the damage must be taken and emailed to info@lizardplanet.

Replacement items will be issued or a refund given (please note we only refund the value of the goods,  not the cost of postage), however the damaged goods must be returned to us, in secure packaging to:

All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip enclosed with your order, as well as a note detailing the reason for return.
